So many of us grew up with a garden, a courtyard or at least a row of tulsi and money plant pots on the balcony. City flats rarely leave room for that, but a wall can bring some of it back. Leaves, palms and garden scenes make a room feel greener and calmer, even when the window faces the next building. This page covers our botanical and leaf wallpapers: how to choose one, where each works best, and how many rolls a wall will need.
Where leaves look their best
Botanical patterns keep the eye moving, which makes a long, plain stretch of wall feel warmer and shorter. They suit a dining area, a reading corner or the wall behind a bed, and they sit well beside wood, cane and linen.
Deep greens and navy make a room feel enclosed and calm, which works in a bedroom. Lighter colourways in cream, sage or duck egg blue keep a hall bright. Most designs here come in three to five colourways.
Working out your roll count
Most rolls are 53 cm wide and 10 or 10.5 metres long, and two scenic designs come in a larger 210 x 280 cm format. Most designs here are a half-drop match, and pattern repeats run from 26.5 to 64 cm, so allow extra paper for lining up each strip. Measure the width and height of the wall and use the details on each product page, or ask us to measure during an in-home design visit.
Prices run from ₹8,900 to ₹26,000, with the two scenic designs at the top of that range. For blossom-led designs, see floral wallpapers, or browse every wallpaper.
Questions people ask before ordering
What is the difference between botanical and floral wallpaper?
Botanical wallpaper is led by leaves, trees, palms and garden scenes, while floral wallpaper is led by blossoms. Many designs carry a little of both. At Jagdish Store, each design is grouped by what dominates the pattern, and the two collections link to each other.
Which rooms suit leaf-print wallpaper?
Leaf prints suit bedrooms, dining areas, the hall and reading corners. Deep greens and navy feel calm and enclosed, while cream, sage and duck egg blue keep a room bright. Choose the colour by the light the room gets during the day.
How much does botanical wallpaper cost?
Botanical and leaf wallpaper at Jagdish Store costs from ₹8,900 to ₹26,000. Most designs are ₹8,900 to ₹11,899 a roll, and two larger scenic designs are ₹26,000. Each product page lists the exact price in rupees, the roll size, the pattern repeat and the colourways available, so you can compare designs side by side before choosing.
Do you deliver wallpaper outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. Jagdish Store delivers across India and ships worldwide. If you are in or near Gurugram, you are welcome to visit the shop in Sector 59 to see the patterns in person and talk through colours and roll counts before you decide.
One last thing before you choose
Wallpaper holds best on a wall that is smooth, dry and primed. After the monsoon, give any damp wall time to dry out fully before papering, or the edges can lift later. It is also worth checking the wall in the evening light you live with most, since greens shift noticeably between daylight and warm lamps.
