Wash Care Instructions:

Machine wash cold (maximum 30°C / 85°F) on a gentle or permanent press cycle. Wash with like colours.

• Bleaching: Do not use chlorine bleach. Use non-chlorine / colour-safe bleach only if needed.
• Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade to prevent fading and shrinkage. Remove promptly from the dryer to reduce wrinkles.
• Ironing: Iron on medium temperature (warm iron, up to 150°C). Use a press cloth if the item has a printed design.
• Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning is not required.

• Dispatch: Orders leave us in 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: 3–7 business days across India.
• Free delivery on orders over ₹2,999.
• Tracking: You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return window: Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
• How to start a return: Email sales@jagdishstoreonline.com or call us with your order number, the reason, and photographs of the item. Once approved, we arrange a pickup from your address.
• Exchanges: If you would rather have a replacement than a refund, we ship the replacement once the original item reaches us and has been inspected.
• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 15 days of inspection. Shipping fees, where charged, are not refunded.
• Cancellations: An order can be cancelled at any time before it is dispatched.
