Wash Care Instructions:

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Air dry naturally.

• Bleaching: Do not bleach.
• Drying: Do not tumble dry. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Ironing: Do not iron.
• Dry Cleaning: Do not machine wash, soak or dry clean.

Cut to your requirement. Order the number of metres you need — the fabric is supplied as one continuous piece wherever stock allows.

• Dispatch: Orders leave us in 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: 3–7 business days across India.
• Free delivery on orders over ₹2,999.
• Tracking: You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return window: Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Fabric sold by the metre: Because this fabric is cut to the length you order, it cannot be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind. Fabric that arrives damaged, flawed or not what you ordered is still fully covered — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
• How to start a return: Email sales@jagdishstoreonline.com or call us with your order number, the reason, and photographs of the item. Once approved, we arrange a pickup from your address.
• Exchanges: If you would rather have a replacement than a refund, we ship the replacement once the original item reaches us and has been inspected.
• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 15 days of inspection. Shipping fees, where charged, are not refunded.
• Cancellations: An order can be cancelled at any time before it is dispatched.
